Room Rates:

Rates advertised on this website are only available from Hi-Sky Travel inc. and it's related online brands and are not available from the hotel directly. Room Rates shown are based on a standard booking request (single or double) and may be subject to change pending requirements, eligibility, seasons and/or blackout dates. Rates shown do not include extra beds, specials arrangements or ad hoc price changes on the hotels behalf. Rates may also have to be adjusted in case of transport requests. In such cases we will submit an updated quote to you by email.




Payments:

In order for us to process your booking request your credit card details are required. For your convenience, Hi-Sky Travel inc. offers secure credit card payments online. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED ONCE AVAILABILITY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, that is once your BOOKING RECEIPT/HOTEL CHECK-IN VOUCHER has been emailed to the email address provided during your booking process.

Once room availability has been confirmed Hi-Sky Travel inc. will charge your credit card in USD ($) for the amount indicated during your booking process.  All payments are settled in USD ($). We welcome VISA, Master Card, Discover and AMEX.

Your credit card statement will show the debit entry under Hi-Sky Travel inc.  Chatsworth, CA USA.


Alternative Hotel Selection:

At times Hi-Sky Travel inc. may not be able to provide the hotel of your choice. In such case our Customer Service Agents will suggest Alternative Hotels matching your criteria of price and location. It will be up to you to accept or not. Your credit will not be charged

until you approve of an alternative hotel.




Check In:

Your BOOKING RECEIPT / HOTEL CHECK-IN VOUCHER must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. Your passport is required to confirm your identify as stated on your BOOKING RECEIPT / HOTEL CHECK-IN VOUCHER.

In the unlikely event that the hotel has no confirmation of your booking, you MUST contact the local representative whose number we will provide you with along with the vouchers. Our Customer Service Agents will then contact the hotel and initiate steps to solve the situation. Please do not agree to pay the hotel directly as they will charge you their RAC rate, which is 20%-40% higher than you paid.



Amendments:

You may amend your booking request at any time during the booking process. Amendments to your booking request can be submitted through 'My Reservation', our membership program or by contacting our Customer Service Agents. Amendments may be treated as late cancellation. Please refer to our Cancellation Conditions



Extension of Stay:

In case you would like to extend your stay with the hotel you initially booked with through Hi-Sky Travel inc., you must contact our local representative. Please note that any Extensions of Stay arranged directly with the hotel are not covered by Hi-Sky Travel inc..



Early Check Out:

If you should need to shorten your stay, we will refund your credit card for the unused room nights UNLESS NOTIFIED OTHERWISE by email. Please be advised that you must cancel the unwanted room nights with us, as well as the hotel, or you will not receive your refund, if applicable.



Cancellation of Booking:

Please note that Cancellation Policies may vary according to destination or season. Once you have submitted your Booking Request the following Cancellation Policies apply.


If you cancel your booking MORE THAN 30 days prior to your check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 15% of the booking total value or USD 50 will apply, whichever is the greater amount, unless notified otherwise by email. If you cancel your booking WITHIN 30 days prior to your check-in date you will be charged in full for the entire duration of your stay, unless notified otherwise by email.

Amendments: If amendments results in a refund (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 10% or USD 25, whichever is the greater amount, unless notified otherwise by email.



How to cancel?

You may submit your notification of cancellation through 'My Reservation', our membership program or by email. Please be advised that we will NOT accept any cancellation requests by phone or fax. Cancellations must show your BOOKING ID and email address you originally used to make your booking. Cancellations are ONLY valid if you receive an email from us confirming receipt of your cancellation. If you have submitted your cancellation and do not receive our confirmation of receipt by email do contact us IMMEDIATELY.

To cancel your Booking Request/s in progress please access 'My Reservation'.

Proceed to 'My Reservation'
Enter your email address and password (supplied to you by email) and click on 'Log In'
Select your Booking ID from the drop down menu
Select 'Cancel Booking Request' and click on 'Submit'
Select 'Reason for Cancellation', enter comments and click on 'Submit'
To cancel your Booking Request/s in progress by email simply type 'Cancel' into the subject line and return your mail. In all email exchanges you must quote your BOOKING ID in the subject line of your email.



No Show (failure to check in at the hotel):

No Shows, i.e. failure to check in at your hotel as per the check in date stated in your BOOKING RECEIPT, are treated as a late cancellation and above cancellation policies apply.



Refunds:

Hi-Sky Travel inc. is committed to provide an efficient refund procedure. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit refund. I.e. we will credit the amount charged, minus cancellation fees (if applicable), back to your credit card. Once the refund instructions have been issued to our Merchant Bank, it can take anywhere from 15-21 working days for the proceeds to show in your account.

Requests for refunds will have to be submitted at least 2 (TWO) weeks after the check out date. Refund requests received later than 14 (FOURTEEN) days cannot be honored.



Complaints:

We do hear you. Any complaint regarding the supply of a service should be brought to our attention as early as possible and within 1 month of the date of service. To initiate a complaint about the hotel or our services please send an email to reservations. Please always include your Booking I.D. for reference. Any complaint received after 1 month will not be investigated. We will abide by the following time-scales:


an acknowledgement sent within 3 working days
a progress update within 10 working days
a substantive reply and conclusion within 14 working days
Please note that we do not accept complaints by fax or by phone. When describing your case please be precise and short as possible, so our Quality Assurance Department can investigate the case. In order to investigate and resolve a complaint, we require supporting documents such as receipts, and acknowledgement of the complaint from the accommodation or service provider (hotel). Without such written documentation, complaints cannot be investigated.

As a customer of Hi-Sky Travel inc. you will obtain access to 'My Reservation', our advanced membership program. 'My Reservation' gives you full control over your booking requests, is a breeze to use and has been designed to make booking amendments convenient, secure and confidential.

Throughout the Booking Process you are also welcome to contact us by email, online, phone or fax. Our Customer Service Agents happy to assist. Detailed contact details are provided by email once you initiated your booking process. For email contacts please follow all steps as outlined in your Booking Status Update mail. In all communications please clearly state your name and the Hi-Sky Travel inc. BOOKING ID. In all email exchanges, please make sure that the BOOKING ID is included in the subject line of your message.

Hi-Sky Travel inc. will not be responsible for any losses if, for any reason, the debit/credit card, billing address and/or credit card verification number cannot be verified in a timely manner, nor are we responsible for any changes in rates or any other charges that may occur during the verification or billing process. Hi-Sky Travel inc. further waives all responsibility for commissions charged by VISA/Master/AMEX or the credit card issuing bank in case of currency conversations.

Hi-Sky Travel inc. makes every effort to work with hotels which provide an acceptable standard of service and accommodation for the price paid. Hi-Sky Travel inc. hereby expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality or adequacy of any hotel listed on our website.

Hi-Sky Travel inc. will not be liable to pay any compensation if we (the company) or you (the customer) are forced to cancel or in any way change your booking as a result of situations outside our control which we, nor our suppliers, could foresee or avoid, even with all due care. For example war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disaster or terrorist activity.
